About this line, last checked October 2, 2026
The only way to reach this referral service is by phone, and the right number depends on where the property is. Call (513) 962-0944 for Cincinnati and the counties around it, such as Butler and Warren. Call (937) 200-8811 for Dayton, Greene County and the rest of the Miami Valley. A few border counties are served only in certain ZIPs, listed below. There is no office open to visitors.
The answer, first
Two numbers, split by the property's county. (513) 962-0944 serves Cincinnati and the counties toward Oxford, Lebanon, Wilmington and the Ohio River. (937) 200-8811 serves Dayton, Springfield, Troy and the rest of the Miami Valley. Some border counties count only certain ZIPs, shown in the table. There is no email and no walk-in office.

Counties where only certain ZIP codes are served
Six counties sit at the edge of the area, and only the ZIP codes below are covered. Addresses elsewhere in those counties are outside the service area, even if a mailing address looks close.
Partial counties and their covered ZIPs
- Clermont County (513 line): Loveland 45140 and Goshen 45122 only. Milford, Batavia, Amelia, Union Township, New Richmond and Bethel are not covered.
- Highland County (513 line): Leesburg 45135 and Lynchburg 45142 only. Hillsboro is not covered.
- Logan County (937 line): De Graff 43318, Quincy 43343 and West Liberty 43357 only. Bellefontaine is not covered.
- Union County (937 line): Milford Center 43045 only. Marysville is not covered.
- Madison County (937 line): London 43140 and South Solon 43153 only.
- Fayette County (937 line): Jeffersonville 43128 and Washington Court House 43160 only.
Places neither number reaches
Northern Kentucky is outside the area, so Covington, Newport and Florence addresses cannot be routed, even though they sit across the Ohio River from downtown Cincinnati. Columbus and the rest of Franklin County are not covered, and neither is Indiana.
Adams, Scioto and Ross counties to the east and south are also outside the list. For a property there, the homeowner's insurer or a local funeral director can usually suggest cleanup companies in that area.
No office, no email, and why
The service has no office open to visitors in Cincinnati, Dayton or anywhere else, and it does not take requests by email. Everything that matters for a cleanup, from the property's county to the provider's estimate, is handled on a phone call with the company serving that county.
That keeps the routing simple: one number for the Hamilton County side of the region, one for the Montgomery County side. If you are unsure which applies, enter the ZIP in the finder on this site, or match the county against the lists above.
Emergencies, crisis support and crime victims
If someone is injured, in danger, or has just been found, call 911. Cincinnati, Dayton and the county sheriffs across this region all dispatch through 911, and they will bring in the county coroner when a death needs investigation.
If you or someone you know is struggling after a loss or thinking about suicide, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is open around the clock by call or text at 988.
Questions about victims compensation after an Ohio crime go to the Attorney General's Crime Victim Services section, which answers at 800-282-0515; its Columbus number is 614-466-5610.
Reporting a mistake on this website
The providers reached through the two numbers do not edit this site. Still, if you spot a wrong ZIP, an outdated coroner address in Xenia or Lebanon, or a misnamed road, you can call either line and ask that a correction be passed on, giving the page address and what looks wrong. Every town page is also rechecked against its public sources on a six-month cycle, as the research standards page explains.
Worth holding on to
- 513 line: Cincinnati, Hamilton County and its neighbors, plus four Clermont and Highland ZIPs.
- 937 line: Dayton and the Miami Valley, plus a handful of border ZIPs.
- Route by the property's county, never mix the lines.
- No walk-in office and no email.
- Northern Kentucky, Columbus and Indiana are not covered.
Questions readers ask
- What number do I call for trauma cleanup in Cincinnati?
- Call (513) 962-0944. That number covers every Cincinnati neighborhood and the rest of Hamilton County, along with nearby counties such as Butler and Warren; the table on this page lists them all. In Clermont County it reaches only Loveland (45140) and Goshen (45122), and in Highland County only Leesburg (45135) and Lynchburg (45142).
- What number do I call for biohazard cleanup in Dayton?
- Call (937) 200-8811 for Dayton and all of Montgomery County. The same number reaches the Miami Valley counties around it, including Greene, Miami and Clark, plus a few towns farther out such as London and Washington Court House. The county table above shows exactly where each line stops.
- Is there an office I can visit or an email address?
- No, on both counts. The referral line has no walk-in office in Cincinnati, Dayton or elsewhere, and it does not take requests by email. Calls are connected to an independent provider for the property's county, and that provider handles estimates, scheduling and paperwork with you directly, by phone and in writing.
- My property is in Milford or Batavia. Can I still call?
- Those addresses in Clermont County are outside the service area. Only Loveland (45140) and Goshen (45122) are covered there. Hillsboro, Bellefontaine and Marysville are likewise outside. For an uncovered address, a homeowner's insurer or a local funeral home can usually point to cleanup companies working in that area.
