Referral only

The site and its phone numbers offer a free referral, passing each caller to an independent company that handles biohazard and trauma work in particular Southwest Ohio counties. SW Ohio Trauma Cleanup does not perform cleanup, does not employ cleanup workers, and is not a party to any agreement between you and a provider.

Independent providers

Each provider is a separate business responsible for its own estimates, pricing, scheduling, workers, safety practices, waste disposal and compliance with the law. Providers may pay for calls they receive. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, cost or results of any provider's work, and you should ask your own questions and review any contract before signing it.

General information

Pages on this site, including the town pages and Ohio guides, are general information gathered from public sources. They are not legal, insurance, medical, financial or mental health advice. Insurance coverage, victims compensation eligibility and legal duties depend on your own facts; check with your insurer, an attorney, or the relevant agency.

Emergencies and crisis

The referral lines are not emergency services. Dial 911 when a person is hurt or in danger. Anyone in crisis, or worried about a friend or relative who may be thinking about suicide, can call or text 988, the number for the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Service area

Calls are routed only for properties in the counties and ZIP codes listed on the contact page. We may decline or end a call that falls outside that area or that misuses the line.

Limits of liability

To the extent Ohio law allows, SW Ohio Trauma Cleanup is not liable for any loss or damage arising from a provider's work, from use of the site, or from reliance on its content. The site is provided as is, and pages may change without notice.

Governing law

Ohio law applies to these terms. Any dispute about the site or the referral lines will be handled in a court with jurisdiction in Ohio.
