Privacy policy
Site policy, last updated October 2, 2026
This policy explains what information swohiotrauma.com and its two referral numbers, (513) 962-0944 and (937) 200-8811, collect, and how it is used. The site is a referral line that connects callers in Southwest Ohio with independent cleanup providers; it is not a cleanup company.
Phone calls
Both numbers are tracking numbers run through a call routing service. When you call, the system logs your calling number, the date and time, the length of the call, and the ZIP code or county used to route it. These records are used to send the call to the right provider, to confirm which calls a provider received for billing, and to spot misuse. Some calls may be recorded for quality and billing; where the law requires notice, a message plays before recording begins. The provider you are connected to will have its own records of the call and its own privacy practices.
Server logs
Like most websites, the servers that host this site keep standard logs, including IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time of the visit. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure and are deleted on a routine schedule.
Analytics
The site uses a privacy-respecting analytics tool that counts visits and pages viewed in aggregate. It is set up without advertising cookies or cross-site tracking, and it is not used to build a profile of any visitor.
The ZIP finder
When you type a ZIP code into the finder to see which line serves an address, the lookup runs entirely in your browser using a list built into the page. The ZIP you enter is not sent to our servers.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. Call details are shared only with the provider that receives the call, with the call routing service that processes it, and where required by law or valid legal process.
Children
The pages here are written for grown-ups handling a family's affairs or a property. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has called one of the lines, you can call either number and ask that the call record be deleted.
Changes
Any revision to this policy will appear here, on this page, with a fresh effective date. Continued use of the site or the phone lines after a change means the updated policy applies.
